Away to a time where the jazziest grooves laid waste to the cares of the day through double bass, big band mayhem. Dip, jive, swing and hop to joyous respite while My Pet Monster fills the place with unwitting open mouth smiles via 'Tennessee Tumbleweed' and the OrkidZ collaboration '18th & Vine'. 'Letters From Istanbul' is a break from the americas with some hoppin' arabic Mid-Tempo vibes. Meanwhile, the twang and blues treatment gets dropped all over the title track with some fat glitchy business. 

Joining in on the festivities and showing some of those old school family values with some hospitality of their own are some of the continents finest. Also from Oakland, h00zy drops the ethereal treatment on 'Southern Hospitality' with some stylishly unorthodox and beautiful trap styles. Also from the Deep City Culture trifecta, Orkidz makes another appearance to drop the big room beats on 'Letter From Istanbul' and layers some phat bounce over massive atmospherics. Finally, Canadian bounce specialist Defunk drops the twerk treatment on the title track like nobody else can with an 808 you've never seen so funky. The Forest is under water now, 
as we idly slip on by. 
The rose’s new host is Divine. 
Confined by 
your hindsight,
does not mean anything 
if you cannot look inside. 
We’ve already swallowed the hook 
that you used to hang your prom dress on, 
and I’m wondering, 
what took you so long 
to reel us all the way in?
Intrinsic value of what you can pull out, 
in regards to what you’re willing to give.

Is that what this whole life’s about?
  
Directionless progression:
this dexterous projectionist.
Un-aimed apples fall so much faster, 
with daft understanding. 
Branded a wounded soldier, stranded, 
land locked, and empty handed. 
These candid distorted images remain 
locked within these rusty crooked picture frames. 
Because anyone can play these shameless games, 
we’ve got twenty-one guns, but no names. 
Too many open casket masses have passed by virgin eyes.
The cannon blast’s “crack” masks the shrill sound of urgent cries. 
The Virgin dies,
diagnosis: suicide, 
and the verdict lies 
within a pair of dice.
Oh Christ, 
this Paradise is sinking under shrinking ice…
And there’s a doomsday eviction notice nailed to my chest,
it says, “You have six days to vacate and the seventh to rest.” 
I’m feeling pressed for time, 
trying to press rewind, 
and address the situation from a fresh state of mind. 
Like back before the plague of lying 
infected our kind 
and made us all more susceptible to step out of line. 
All these signs shift swiftly.
The situation’s sticky, 
but I don’t believe in pity, 
so don’t let me drown quickly.
