Rebellious, unique, original, all combined. It’s outside the box, it’s eclectic, it’s SKYLER JONES. A new artist from Houston, TX bringing a breath of fresh air to the music game and building a sound that’s bridging the gap. “I’m building a sound that has a mixture of everything but all in all its good feeling music to move people.” SKYLER expertly mixes up his flow and his music creating something hard to describe and impossible to pigeon-hole into one genre making him something new in popular music.

SKYLER has a swag all his own. Part urban, part skater and still eye-catching to the ladies. “I have a unique look and I believe no one has had and image or a sound like mine.” He is also a prolific writer and completes the package with a true appreciation for his gifts. “I was blessed and god gave me a talent to put words together really well and I always would do things really good sometimes way better than others but I did it effortlessly.” He may make it look easy but he grinds hard and knows what we he wants to accomplish. “I want to be successful, period.”

SKYLER’S musical journey started at the age of 13. That’s when he recorded his first song and he hasn’t looked back since. “I never dropped a mix tape I only recorded a song or two every now and then but I remember walking around my neighborhood and hearing my song in people’s cars and ever since then I’ve been honing my pen and an I’ve got good I believe I’m one of the best an I’m only getting better. So now I’m putting my all in and going for it.”

Things are now moving quickly for SKYLER as his musical ambitions are starting to take shape. He now splits his time between New York and Houston recording, networking, and building his buzz. 

And he hasn’t forgotten why and who he is doing it all for. “My inspiration is my family. My lil 14 yr old sister and my mom. I lean on her she leans on me we got each other through anything.” With incredible amounts of talent and swag, and that motivation, the sky is truly the limit for SKYLER JONES.
