If there is one thing that excites us most about running a label, it's discovering brand new artists!

A couple months ago we got quite a large playlist of tunes from a pretty unknown producer from South Korea called DEMIXL. After the first beat we knew this guy wasn't messing around. Flawless production, the cleanest mixdowns, catchy creative use of vocals and man... THE GROOVE! Every track we played was ticking another box on the Vibrancy checklist.

It came as no surprise when we found out DEMIXL was the house alias of bass music producer Blosso (Disciple, Circus Records, Ophelia).

We couldn't be more stoked to be welcoming Dahm Hyun to the Vibrancy family by releasing this fire 4 track EP. His tune 'Need Your Love' has been a staple in Cloverdale sets since the beginning of the year and was a crowd favourite on the recent 'Exhibits Vol. 3'. These next three tracks are sure to be packing dance floors soon enough!

Oh and how could we not talk about our visual artist for this release, Nick Ervinck, world renowned sculptor based in Belgium. Known for his complex, almost organic looking sculptures, Nick has been pushing the boundaries of the medium for over 20 years. Nick aims to create a dialogue between craft and technology and between the virtual and the physical.

We are super stoked to be able to share our remix to Stace Cadet's "Molly Happy"! 

The original was on constant repeat just cause the record is so refreshing and COOL. When we were given the opportunity to do a remix we knew we had to keep the litness of the the vocals and so we based our track around that. The result is a weird, techy, bassy concoction ripe for the dancefloor. 

Our final message is that there is  too much negativity in the world, everyone has got to be molly happy!
