Dycide is a producer / DJ, professional sound designer and visual artist from Munich
/ Germany. He is playing piano since he is 5 years old and started producing ambient
music as a teenager. He established the Dycide pseudonym in 2014 to release mainly
minimalistic deep drum and bass. Slowly he started changing more and more to techno
oriented music.

LD Hypno is one of the founders of CodeCast and passionate music selector.

"My vision of techno is a bit ritualistic, my aim is to generate dark but yet groovy and impactful atmospheres. Using hypnotic sounds to impact the mind and the body, but also caring a lot of about the percussion and grooves behind those. Through that combination we can generate an impact on the soul.
But where there's darkness there's light, so through sparkles of light and melody I try to show that opposites are not that far one from each other.
This is my personal journey through universe shaped into sound."

About this particular set:
"I went for a diversified selection where I could portray all the feelings that I have been dealing with during this past weeks, which were not few due to certain personal circunstances.
I think that most of the times the music we play stands for inner feelings that are looking to be expelled or projected onto the external reality, seeking to be channeled somehow.
So for this selection I left apart the technical perfection I was trying to perform in my art, and I just let myself go into my music.
Therefore, this set aims to be an unleashment of my current emotions without any kind of filters, a portray of my inner self, right here, right now."

Binary Thoughts!

This perception beyond the “all or nothing” is what connected Ana Bogatinovska and Jovana Gjorgievska. At first strangers, the two met at a music festival in their beautiful native country of Macedonia. After a long discussion about musical matters, they decided to collaborate on a project to connect their somewhat different, but similar taste in electronic music.

Since then, their melancholic, delicate and hypnotic sounds use 'binary thinking' as a motor to press on forward to a third term of a higher category that represents a transcending reconciliation or unity: Where thesis and antithesis are always harnessed to yield a synthesis. Where seemingly opposite or contrary forces turn out to actually be complementary.

With endlessly evolving soundscapes of infinite spirals, pulsating bassline-heaviness and unforeseeable twists Binary Thoughts are turning this 5th edition of ‘Circulating Waves’ into an unforgettable session of deep hypnosis!

For this edition of our Vision series, we wanted to bring something a bit different to our usual style to your feed. 

Since this whole series is about celebrating our time together and the support we've received with this project, we decided to leave formalities aside and record this set, which is mixed fully on vinyl and composed by tracks from diverse genres, such as house, dub, minimal, and some subgeneres that derivate from the mentioned genres.

We're quite new to this format so please, take it easy on the mix & blends, we know they're not up to the standarts we usually handle here on the channel, but we wanted to share this anyways cause it was made out of love and dedication.

All of the tracks belong to our personal collection, and we really hope you enjoy listening to this selection as much as we enjoyed recording it.

About the photos that will be featured in our Vision series, all credits shall go to @exothermal_reaction, who sent us a beautiful series composed by 4 stunning pictures.
We were in love with these shots from the first moment we saw them since we believe they represent our vibe and vision of electronic music very precisely, hope you feel the same way about them.

Long-term lovers of electronic music, their voyage into production has drawn heavy sonic influence from their natural surroundings, as well as those more reminiscent of the cosmos and all its wonders.

Today we are welcoming eclectic Russian DJ Asygen for a vinyl deep techno journey, Enjoy 🌿 Tracklist below.
Asygen's passion for electronic music began in the '90s, from the time of the radio Station 106,8 FM, rave's crazy times, listening to the new and progressive music at the time, trance and techno.
After visiting many parties and listening to a massive amount of music, he tries himself out and organizes small psytrance parties, also being a DJ, playing dark psychedelic trance. Asygen organized many private trance events, travelled to Goa and Europe, met up with musicians and DJs and never stoped collecting music from minimalistic side of psychedelia. Over time, his interest in this kind of music has grown into a profession and Dmitry became a resident DJ of the German music label Glitchy.Tonic.Records. During his time on the label he released three compilations: Hypno.Tembr and Fractal Tales (1,2), which includes tracks of the world-famous trance musicians. His work on the label has not gone unnoticed and Dmitry is now also signed in English-Australian label Insonitus records. In addition to trance music he collects vinyl techno records of a deep and hypnotic sound. Together with friends he is organizing a series of techno parties under the name of Te4enie. Co-Founder of Touched music - promo group oriented on hypnotic techno parties and labels. He plays Techno from vinyl because it gives him a special feeling handling the vinyls and players. As a DJ he played in the Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, India, regularly performs in Russia.
