... i am back from Ibiza. I was at MIXMASTER Techno Retreat 2023 and holy shit, i got a ton of new Inspiration, new Friends and fresh drive for my Vision. But Ibiza wasnt only to learn new Skills, i was learn so much about myself. I didnt expect that. "You are not an Drop in the Ocean, the Ocean is inside You" Conquer Yourself & you Conquer the World! 

In this DjSet i celebrate my 2 Releases, the Life & Love for Technomusic in general, i feel so blessed, thank you all!

...personally ,at Covid19 Lockdown, i cant imagine what is possible...even one year ago. I am speechless and full of gratitude for who I am, what people i met and how far I have come since then. 

Back then in August 2020 I buyed my first Dj Controller for 100 Euro. I was instantly hooked and had an Vision: I play an great Techno Set, very individual, original & unique with my own produced Techno Tracks...

This single is my exploration of duality, inspired by the relationship with my partner and where I embrace the possibilities unlocked when two beings merge their energies and create a powerful synergy.

With two tracks at its core, "Bound to you" dives deep into the binary realm, where melodies and rhythms intertwine to reflect the essence of two souls and the transformative nature of partnership.

The single begins with "I've found you", an opener where binary rhythms connect, like two individuals discovering each other. Layers of textures gradually build, evoking the sparks of connection and the melding of shared experiences.

The heart of my first release lies in its title track, inspired by the relationship with my partner, the track encapsulates the dance of love, where two souls find understanding and empowerment in one another's presence. Taking cues from techno culture, this second track channels the essence of Berlin's club scene, where hints of fetishism interlace with a delicate balance between light and dark, creating a texture that mirrors the energy of sexual experiences.

Techno music serves as the universal language that binds us, and I'm thrilled to have encountered numerous remarkable individuals on my journey through its realms. Among them stands Dj Capelli, whose electrifying Dj sets pulse with dark, pounding beats! Immerse yourself in his performance and keep the techno spirit alive.

DJ Capelli's passion for electronic music ignited in the late '80s at the tender age of 10, fueled by the resonating sounds of industrial music. By 14-15, he stepped into his first rave, discovering a vibrant community to call his own. At 16, he acquired his inaugural set of turntables and a mixer, channeling the influences of the Chicago house scene into his signature fusion of hard house, infused with the soulful essence of disco.

As the '90s drew to a close, Capelli became a prominent figure in the New Jersey and New York City party circuits, collaborating with esteemed local DJs such as Odi, Kazpa, Jo-S, Empress, Pauly, and Jevic from Sympty. - Roul Bauer aka Vicious Steam Engine was born 1978 in Germany. His Techno Passion awoke in the 90ies, with the upcoming Rave Scene in Switzerland & Germany.

The urge to create his own Techno Journeys was born at August 2020, during the Covid-19 lockdown. He started producing his own techno tracks one year later. He learned mixing at an Dj/mixing Workshop at Mixmasters.ch. Just for learning/training Sessions, he started an Techno Podcast called "Hot Pressure Stream" at Soundcloud. The Podcast and his Social Media grew steadily and other Guest Djs played at his Podcast, like Anne Rosko, Isca Nublar, 909RIOT, Traumtherapie, Dj E-Viction, Tchie, Andy Pirie, techno X-citement, Dj Capelli, X-Dream and Nao Tamura.

Vicious Steam Engine has been a guest DJ on podcasts such as TECNO OSCURO (2 DjSets), a Darker Wave, Techno Topic by Andy Pirie and RTDFRAVERADIO from Brooklyn. In his latest 2 guest DjSets for RTDFRAVERADIO he played alongside with great Djs/Producer like Franky Bones, Lenny D. , Jim Solis, D.A.V.E the Drummer, Rewilder, Chris Liberator, Dj Papa Smrf, Jay Maniakal, Dj Hoora, Bösetecha, Destro187, Belaroc and many others awesome Djs.

28.11.2021 he released his first EP at TECNO OSCURO: Dark Dance of Gratitude
followed by 18.04. 2022 by "Kill the Silence"EP.
Since 2023 he focused really deep on music production. He was at 2 Techno retreats of Mixmasters.net in Ibiza, where he learned from legends such as Funk Dvoid, Patrik Berg, Harvey Mckay, Wehbba and Josh Wink. Now he is currently taking an online course in Electronic Music Production at Björn Thorwellen's Sinee Institute and try to master his Abelton Push 02.
