They produce music ranging from deep house to techno and in their live DJ sets, synthesizers, percussion and drums are used to create a unique sound and club experience. This is the second time they’ve been on the show.

Kicking off March on MMD, I have a legend in the scene from the United Kingdom, @gerardhmusic!

Gerard is locally born and immigrated to the UK, he has since established himself as a massive force behind the decks and have played in a few countries at massive establishments like Ministry of Sound, Privilege, Fabric etc. all around London and Ibiza. 

As a producer, Gerard has released on major Techno labels with his peak time Techno style, labels such as Black Snake Recordings, Reload Black, Replicate Records, Eclipse Records and so many more is where you can find his music. 

I am truly honored to be hosting Gerard H on this platform, and I am sure you will enjoy his mix as much as I did!

BIO:

Gerard H is a South African born DJ/Producer who found his love for Techno in 2020 after taking a long break from the electronic scene. Since then he's gone from strength to strength in a short space of time, getting noticed for his unique, hard hitting, dirty, dark melodic productions and has already managed to release music on leading and upcoming Techno labels such as The YellowHead's Reload Black Label, Replicate Records, Eclipse Recordings, Sonaxx Records and Black Snake Recordings who are all regulars in the Top 100 charts. He has a very precise record mixing style too, using a blend of carefully planned transitions and track order to ensure his listeners stay hooked and wanting more. He's looking to put a big stamp on the scene, so be sure to keep an eye on him in the future.

He has two regular mix series on his You Tube & Soundcloud pages. Deep Vibes features progressive and melodic house whilst Techno Vibes is mostly Peak Time Techno. He also mixes in other genres including Tech House & House,(Party Vibes), Nu-disco (Disco Vibes , Relaxing music (Chill out Vibes), Hardstyle and DnB (Hard Vibes) and old style house and 90s HipHop.

This VA brings together electronic artists from around the world, united in solidarity with the people of Gaza. In the face of silence and inaction from our governments, we believe it’s our responsibility, as artists and human beings, to contribute however we can.

SawtPalestine is an independent association founded by Ahmed Jome, a Palestinian based in Marseille, with the mission of building a bridge between Gaza and the World. Their work focuses on supporting orphans and displaced families in Gaza, especially those with no contact or aid from the outside.
On the ground, a local team operates daily to provide direct financial, emotional, and recreational support to children and families in need. Long-term, SawtPalestine aims to build an orphanage.

Since its creation, the association has also launched a traveling Palestinian kitchen, collaborated with activist networks and artists from different fields, and organized events to raise awareness of the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

- Roul Bauer aka Vicious Steam Engine was born 1978 in Germany. His Techno Passion awoke in the 90ies, with the upcoming Rave Scene in Switzerland & Germany.

The urge to create his own Techno Journeys was born at August 2020, during the Covid-19 lockdown. He started producing his own techno tracks one year later. He learned mixing at an Dj/mixing Workshop at Mixmasters.ch. Just for learning/training Sessions, he started an Techno Podcast called "Hot Pressure Stream" at Soundcloud. The Podcast and his Social Media grew steadily and other Guest Djs played at his Podcast, like Anne Rosko, Isca Nublar, 909RIOT, Traumtherapie, Dj E-Viction, Tchie, Andy Pirie, techno X-citement, Dj Capelli, X-Dream and Nao Tamura.

Vicious Steam Engine has been a guest DJ on podcasts such as TECNO OSCURO (2 DjSets), a Darker Wave, Techno Topic by Andy Pirie and RTDFRAVERADIO from Brooklyn. In his latest 2 guest DjSets for RTDFRAVERADIO he played alongside with great Djs/Producer like Franky Bones, Lenny D. , Jim Solis, D.A.V.E the Drummer, Rewilder, Chris Liberator, Dj Papa Smrf, Jay Maniakal, Dj Hoora, Bösetecha, Destro187, Belaroc and many others awesome Djs.

28.11.2021 he released his first EP at TECNO OSCURO: Dark Dance of Gratitude
followed by 18.04. 2022 by "Kill the Silence"EP.
Since 2023 he focused really deep on music production. He was at 2 Techno retreats of Mixmasters.net in Ibiza, where he learned from legends such as Funk Dvoid, Patrik Berg, Harvey Mckay, Wehbba and Josh Wink. Now he is currently taking an online course in Electronic Music Production at Björn Thorwellen's Sinee Institute and try to master his Abelton Push 02.
