" Alex started his musical journey in Argeș county around 2007, guided by his cousin who was already working as a DJ. Passionate and surrounded by different musical genres, he quickly gathered an impressive collection of music.
From the passionate kid who observes and steals  mixing techniques with unprecedented thirst for knowledge, he forms his own style and ends up becoming the main resident in over a dozen nightclubs in Romania. Gaining experience on the local scene gives him the opportunity to play music all over Europe in different countries.

Encouraged by friends upon his home coming, Alex ventured into music production, which found its way onto the playlists of local electronic music DJs in the scene. Rooted in house music and its sub genres, he easily crosses absurd and abstract elements with resonant grooves that disappear into atmospheric waves, creating an immersive listening experience.
With outstanding mixing skills and the ability to effortlessly navigate all genres, his career spanning over 15 years establishes him as a true disc jockey.

The tireless search for knowledge led him to specialize as a sound engineer at SAE Bucharest, an effort that only intensifies his passion for music.
However that doesn't fully satisfy him, so in 2020 he puts together a unique project alongside his good friend. The drive behind the project was to give the audience something unusual and different from everything they've had the opportunity to hear. Known as Quantifiq, the duo forges its own path by fusing carefully chosen and combined genres, styles and musical diversity.

In the summer of 2022 Alex founded Advisual Records, a record label aimed at introducing a diverse and innovative selection to the underground music scene of Romania and beyond. Under his leadership Advisual Records has evolved into a significant label, featuring a wide range of talent. Alex is more than a DJ; he is a producer, sound engineer, label owner, video editor and music selector from all around the world. "

You don't have to be a DJ to have music in your life, but if you happen to be one, music is your life. You are on a constant search to create, embrace and develop new emotions and experiences that are generated through your music. As a DJ you invest your ideas, beliefs and cultural nuances into every live session.  
Vinyl Record is that project for a true music connoisseur that appreciates analog sound.
Modeight - the vinyl only label, is the culmination of these principles, where infinite magic sequences and modifications are melded together to produce a unique sound. Modeight produces music that caters to the specific sound requirements and standards that DJs demand. Without a doubt, our vinyl-only label differentiates itself from the convenient and utilitarian; unwilling to sacrifice the integrity of our sound for the mainstream. Our mission is to retain the aesthetic values of our products when the dance floor is pulsing and the DJ is on the decks. ​
