'The Random Jazz EP' is the dynamite new release from Music For Freaks maestro, Justin Harris, who makes his swell debut on the I'm A House Gangster label. The fun title track 'Random Jazz' tips it's hat to Big Band Jazz, loaded with a catchy piano hook, brass stabs and vocal samples drizzled over a dope House groove. 'Galaga' is an energetic number with a frantic Space Invader fused key hook that scuttles through a nucleus of bleeps and raw Jackin beats, aimed squarely at the floor! Also on the package Justin includes a tasty dub of 'Random Jazz' and a cool slowed down dub version of 'Galaga' for the deeper heads.

"This EP was written especially with Carlos and the IAHG collective in mind.... I'm a fan of Sneak and his sound, always have been and respect what he has done within this industry. I first thought the EP up when I was hanging with him, Mark Farina and Luke Solomon at the IAHG party at Sonar, Barcelona. Justin Harris' illustrious musical career started out with him DJ'ing in warehouses, fields and clubs around the UK in the late 80's. Alongside such luminaries as DIY Sound System, Nigel Casey (House of 909), Mr. C, Eddie Richards, Colin Dale and a host of other legendary DJ's, Justin has definitely played a big part in forging the scene into the global force it is now. Fast forward to 1995 and he formed what would be a 20 year partnership with Luke Solomon. Freaks was born, along with four albums (most recently 'Psych' on Rebirth Records) and well over 100 EP's. Together they've made remixes for artists such as Matthew Herbert, Derrick Carter, Greenskeepers, Tiefschwarz, Dave Aju, and Gene Farris and Sonny Fodera, to name a few, on esteemed labels like Hot Creations, Visionquest, Circus Company, Crosstown Rebels, Leftroom, Playhouse and Silver Network. Justin has also enjoyed a lucrative solo career, Djing all over the world and also releasing EP's and remixes for  the likes of Classic Recordings, Viva, Natural Rhythm, Something Different, Paper Recordings, Eclectic Avenue Records (EAR), Seamless, Vizual, Punks and Sculpture Recordings, among many. Also for this year Justin has begun a collaboration with Hanfry Martinez calling themselves House Of Warez. They already have a vinyl EP out on Djebali with more to follow.

Justin has also decided to relaunch the seminal Music For Freaks (MFF) record label that he co-owns with Luke Solomon. This will include much of the original Freaks material and catalogue gems with new remixes from Ricardo Villa Lobos, Djebali,Oliver $, House Of Warez, Lee Curtiss, Soulclap, Dave Aju, Honey Dijon, among others, and will also hail the return of the legendary Music For Freaks parties with tour dates around the world.. Elrow Music delivers its ERM085 reference in the hands of one of Spain's finest, Javi Bora. 'La Gruv EP' is a three tracker EP, with two originals by Bora and a remix by one of the masters of the genre, José de Divina.

 'La Gruv (Original Mix)' is the opening track, in which Javi delivers a very danceable, joyful track, with loose percussion and an amazing groove, sound signature from both elrow and Javi Bora.

 It is followed by 'Intense (Original Mix), a surprising track in the whole sense of the word. The way it suddenly breaks, with such intensity and energy, with that magnificent vocal loop and loose percussion, later surprising again with Balearic melodies, just for breaking down again with intensity. 

A masterpiece! Closing this EP we have 'La Gruv (José de Divina Remix)', a dark and calmed track with a clear techno progression, with a loose bass drum and a soft vocal loop in the background. A techy, minimalist track with submarine efects and with own charachter. All in all, another outstanding work by Javi Bora for elrow Music, keeping the ascendant line the label has been following in its latest releases.

Born in October of 1991 in a medium-sized village near Barcelona called Esplugues de Llobregat.
He shows a huge interest and passion for the electronic music since he was very child. But, is when he was 15 years-old, when he started to try out as a DJ, and is since this moment when he began attracted by the electronic music subgenres like techno and techno house, and little by little he develop and perfect his personal style.
In 2011, fully dedicated to his passion for the electronic music, feels the need of produce his own music and without any kind of knowledge, starting to learn by his own way and making a big effort, he finally gives form and sense to his ideas changing them into music.
But is in 2013, when he decides to enter definitively in the world of electronic music production releasing some music themes, that gradually were having form, colour and earning his own personality.
Nowadays, he's the big chance to sign for a well-recognized music firm, and release the EP "Afroloko" with 4 of his themes, with the help of Karl Krieger, a famous artist of the electronic music that brings Victor his support in his beginnings as a producer.
