Après 40 années chargées en émotions et près de 25 années de projets artistiques très divers, Victor Paul Dauthereau présente ce double album "Transition".

Le premier disque "The End Of The Beginning" (avec son premier single "Get Away")représente une tranche de vie intéressante faite d'errance, de nouveauté, de curiosité voir de facilité. 
C'est un disque inspiré de personnalités blazés et suffisantes des années 70, pleines de drogues et de sexe ; l'imaginaire de la pop culture du Velvet Underground, Andy Warhol, Iggy Pop...

Le second disque "The Beginning Of The End" est plus réel, plus présent. Il vient du fond de l'âme.
La mélancolie et la profondeur que Victor Paul Dauthereau a pu trouver ici ressemblent à ces expressions de la nature que l'on retrouve sur un rocher proche de l'océan, de la puissance des vagues et de l'immensité de l'endroit.

Ces deux disques sont très différents mais correspondent à une double période essentielle qu'a vécu Victor Paul Dauthereau. Il est passé d'une vie étonnamment calme autour de lui à une vie riche et chargée à l'intérieur de lui-même.

Ces chansons lui correspondent toutes, ont été écrites et vécues différemment, mais font simplement parties de son coeur et de sa tête.
