Video Game Break was started by Carlos Rodela in 2014. It started as a podcast, then an adjoining web series was added. The videos started out as Video Game Breakfast (eating food while talking about game news), went on to become quick update on all things games, and finally a cable access discussion show. The website had a few iterations, and was finally relaunched in 2016.

The podcast continues and the video series is currently getting a reboot. The goal will be to a multi-cam shot of the podcast itself that’s broken out into different sections.
