As we approach the final stretch towards 100 hours of House, Techno, & Love at our Desert Hearts 3 Year Anniversary Festival, I wanted to make a mix for our good friends over at Thump to showcase what you'd usually expect from one of my DJ sets. Since their first collaboration 'Wild & Wonderful' EP on the imprint, A.K.A & Payback have both had a string of successful releases as solo artists or alongside co/producers from the likes of Cosmology, Soul Connection and Soultec. Smooth N Groove Records are pleased to announce that the duo have joined forces once again with another solid release. The 'TAO' LP. has been two years in the making and trust us when we say it has been worth the wait.

All ten tracks are packed with funky vibes, rollin' amens, wicked bass lines, amazing vocals, incredible atmospherics and a distinct recognition of each individual artist style throughout.
