Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, @nat-barrera 's creative involvement with music began when he picked up the drums at the age of 12. 
In 2006, he moved to Montreal, Canada, where he has been producing music 
ever since. He plays regularly across the city and region, as well as in renowned venues around the world.  
His distinctive sound matured into an eclectic yet balanced blend of Organic House, and unique world music influences characterized by a defined percussive rhythm and his Latin-American roots. 
Over the years, Nat has had several releases and collaborated with many labels (Grrreat Recordings, 8day, Cosmovision Records, Trndmsk, The Magic Movement, New Latam Beats, O’Tawa, etc.). He is also the recipient of Montreal’s Society for Arts and Technology [SAT] 2019 Euterke prize in the DJ/Producer category.

One of my favourite moments of the year is when I work on a new podcast. I love playing live for people, which is, don’t get me wrong, amazing. One other aspect of what I do is working in the studio, I truly love the creation of a new podcast. My true desire while making it is to create a journey what gives the listeners (you) the feeling that they are being taken on an adventure. It’s like going out for a day trip and not knowing what to expect and what is coming. And while making edits, remixes etc I already get very excited while picturing the sensation on your end. That’s a very fulfilling feeling when I receive all your heartfelt messages where you share the journey with me that I created for you. All the emotions that lie in musical creations are so powerful. And yes, while creating I sometimes shed a tear where I get touched myself by the journey. After recording the audio it’s time for the artwork. So I spend time on that while playing the podcast for myself. And the result you are seeing here :-) So….long story short, while being in the jungle for a few days last week I finished this new and freshly squeezed Deep & Sexy for you. The Anjunadeep Edition 274 with Above & Beyond: Group Therapy 350 Deep Warm Up Set

Club Unity is located in the heart of The Gay Village in one of the greatest cities in the world, Montreal.  I made my debut spinning there in August of 2015 for Montreal Gay Pride or FIERTE!  On that magical night they also celebrated my birthday.  I was scheduled to make my return to Club Unity this October for the world famous Black & Blue Festival.  Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic the entire festival has been cancelled.
Club Unity has two dance floors, a roof top terrace and a rather large VIP  area.  The lighting and sound systems are state of the art.  The second floor overlooks the main dance floor and stage.  The music is piped through to the roof top terrace allowing for you to dance the night away under the stars.
