I’ve always found it hard to explain my music therefore you have my full permission to interpret it any way you see fit. But please - let me tell you this much. 
Dog Walker is a documentary album, a sonic picture book of portraits and landscapes.
It is a collage of fragmented  events imprinted on to my being over a period of four years.
It speaks of change, inevitable and relentless - within and without.

Viktor's Joy is the musical project of Estonian-born, Berlin-based songwriter and composer Kaarel Malken. Influenced by artists such as Elliott Smith, Vic Chesnutt, Mark Kozelek, and Jason Molina, Malken primarily composes in alternative tunings.
