Vile Ostar is a songwriter afro beat artist lyrically strong in both bongo and lugaflow born in Jinja City Uganda on 15/08/1998 by Mr.Mrs Oswan.

 
He's real names are Razzaq Oswan Tabuley and he is a lugubara from west nile region of uganda.
 
He started writing songs in 2014 after being influenced by top artists such as Jose Chameleon, Bobi Wine, Bebe Cool. 
 
He started his music career in 2019 staging up on open mics and his colleagues in his home kamwokya which attracted the likes of Shanks vivie'd.
 
Later that year he recorded more 5 songs working with a famous record producer MATEX (Dream Studio)
 
He continues to record
