Chef Joulin will prepare his culinary masterpieces using fresh, local, and seasonal products in the Villa Mayfair’s state of the art 4000 square foot kitchen that boasts a stunning raw bar with a picture window for guests to look on as their ocean delicacies are prepared. 

Chef Frederic Joulin has created haute cuisine for over 20 years under the guidance of the World’s culinary elite including World renowned, 3 Michelin star Chef, Guy Savoy. Frederic created his arresting fare for the World’s most prestigious diners including global dignitaries and the most adored international celebrities; Chef Joulin was the private chef to President Jacque Chirac of France at home and while traveling for two years of his rich career. 
Frederic’s privileged culinary training and his ingenious gastronomic execution make him one of the World’s finest with cuisine as delectable to the eye as it is to the palette. Villa Mayfair was created to bring a piece of the uber-chic South of France stateside to Miami’s beloved Coconut Grove. 

In order to make that vision a reality, cutting edge, interior designer Francois Frossard was appointed director of decor to the project. Frossard is responsible for the design of some of Miami’s most admired spaces including The Forge, Mansion, Prive and Opium. Frossard is a leader of the new romantic design movement, infusing decadent glamour with whimsy mystique, pairing contradiction with tradition. 

The Villa Mayfair’s décor was created by Frossard with the intention to establish a cozy, lavishly lit dining space where guests could un-wind from the daily stresses of life in a relaxed lounge environment. The Villa Mayfair has a lush, living room feel boasting eye catching details including 1930’s floor tiles, a nod to the history and Cuban influence on the location, a sleek, hammered-brass bar and sexy Murano glass chandeliers that drip like crystal wax from the ceiling. Villa Mayfair is pleased to present après dinner bottle service; guests can sway to the beats of renowned local DJ’s while indulging in some of the World’s most exquisite Champagnes.
