Brazilian pairing Vitor Munhoz & Guitto with their "Nodis" single, with the release including an innovative remix from man of the moment James Teej as he delivers his "Back 2 Orleans Spazz Dubover". 
The original is a curious encounter, a tasteful trip through mysterious minimal textures, and intelligently arranged structures. Sinister synths and pads maneuver their way around a chugging kick drum, becoming hypnotic as the track evolves, a vocal flashes in and out inserting itself into your dream like state of mind.

We're always happy to welcome new talent to the label and Cosmic Clap is the first of a string of new producers set to appear on "Intercities" over the next six months. Cosmic Clap brings three deep and minimal originals to LBIC002 making this an excellent addition to the Intercities portfolio and a super well-rounded EP with tracks for most occasions.

The package is completed with two heavy remixes. The first is from our resident  Bunny under his Cold Water Cuts (CWC) alias providing a low slung bass-heavy groove, reminiscent of Bunny's DJing style and a sound that's commonly heard on the Birmingham afters scene at parties such as "Social Underground" and "Penda".


Completing the remixes is a relative newcomer to the scene, Zenk. In a short time, Zenk has supplied some real stand out tracks with synth-driven bubbling lead lines over punchy beats gaining him well-deserved support from the likes of Raresh.

Beginning with strength and a solid bass line, Villeda AKA Pireli has no pressure in his delivery with smooth transitions that fuel deep depth for sound. I am intrigued with how naturally classic this feels and jams with consistency. There is a subtle equilibrium. Light, airy and spacious but calculated beats are really setting the tone for vibes that GROOVE which is a known strength for Jose Villeda. Rhythms are gilded with an industrial lust melded with mysterious temptation on the vocals.
