Mappila pattu x Drill

The song 'aake chuttulakathil' is one of my favourite from the genre 'Mappila Pattu'. Penned by the great poet Moyinkutty Vaidyar, this track has dope rhyme schemes, flow patterns, metaphors and exquisite vocabulary. A tight amalgamation of realism, romanticism and devotion, this is one the best rap material I have ever seen. This was the inspiration to remix it into a drill type beat.

D-Vink is a rapper-producer from Kerala , India. He is the founder half of the Malayalam Hip-Hop/EDM band P-RAIL, releasing tracks covering a wide range genres from movie scores to EDM . His unique skill in sampling and song writing has produced bangers which carry deep rooted references and metaphors.
