This rhythmical singer here is very captivating to listen to! Do you know the latin name? As alway, wonderfully captured soundscape!

So Beautiful and Rich in Sound! Also, it is really nice and soothing to hear nature without the sounds of traffic. It certainly shows how many of us live in a nature sound desert (as compared to a food desert).

31. Mind Like Sky

5 AM, still in the darkness of mid-March morning, a pair of tawny owls starts vocalising at their would-be nesting grounds. They are probably still in courting phase. Female was desperately calling all through previous evening and male repeatedly approached. In the morning, first thing they did was passionately-sounding lovemaking...  At least that is my interpretation of the audio  recording.

April 20, 2019. The recording begins at 7.37 in the morning. I really like diversity of birds in Matsalu but recording is somewhat difficult because there are no natural obstacles (thick forest or mountains) to preventing noise from the roads. It's not technically pure clean recording. It's a sketch, the groundwork, note in my audio notebook.
