Norman Nodge occupies a special place in Berlin techno with a sound that is at once forceful, dubby and hypnotic. These days a lawyer by trade, Nodge spent the 90s as a DJ and promoter before becoming a Berghain resident in 2005.

Resident at Berghain and Khidi, where he gets to treat dancers to impeccable selections and masterly groove manipulation, it’s safe to say Fiedel counts as one of today's finest jockeys both in terms of the energy he breathes in his sets and the clinical skills with which he operates the decks. Gracing us with one of the special genre-busting sets his name’s become synonymous with, the Berlin warlock pulls out a well-oiled mix of variegated moods and tempi, shifting the angle continuously throughout two hours of sweat-inducing body music that’ll leave you knackered but asking for nothing but more.

Boris ist eine Art charismatische Allzweckwaffe im Berliner Clubgeschehen. Seine musikalischen Wurzeln reichen bis in die Mitte der 80er zurück, als er für vier Jahre in New York lebte und Wochenende für Wochenende den einmaligen Spirit des Kultclubs Paradise Garage aufsaugen konnte. Von dessen Mentor Larry Levan hat Boris folgendes gelernt: Glaube an die eigene musikalische Intuition sowie an ein breites musikalisches Spektrum, das von Disco, Hi-NRG, Post-Punk, (Kraut-)Rock, House bis hin zu Techno geht – gerne auch einmal alles zusammen in einem Set gespielt. „Für Levan war die Musik das Wichtigste. Er war kompromisslos und wusste, wie er es herüberbringen wollte. Das ist auch das, was ich versuche zu erreichen, wenn ich auflege.“
In Berlin wurde er Resident in der ersten Panorama Bar, in der er sich vor allem durch seine langen, bis in die späten Mittagsstunden gehenden Sets eine treue Fangemeinde erspielt hat. „Das Publikum ist später viel aufnahmefähiger für Musik als am Anfang. Ich habe dann eher die Möglichkeit, ungewöhnliche Sachen zu präsentieren und meinem Gefühl freien Lauf zu lassen.“
Nachdem OstGut bzw. Panorama Bar 2003 geschlossen hatte, spielte er in sämtlichen Clubs Berlins, konzentrierte sich aber nach der Eröffnung des OstGut-Nachfolgers Berghain wieder auf seine neuen, alten Arbeitgeber. Von 2005 bis 2010 hätte er zudem eine weitere musikalische Plattform: Als A&R kümmerte er sich um das Label Careless Records. Als DJ geht es ihm nicht ausschließlich um ein Verfeinern eines bestimmten Genres, sondern um das Pushen von Musik mit einem speziellen Twist.

Todays guest is the German Hannover based artist Session Restore.
Originally a duo, Session Restore is nowadays the solo project of Christopher.
We met over 10 years ago at a gig in Hannover, continuing at the Schaltkreis partys in Münster, 
where Session Restore played a bunch of times.
As the founder of the quality label rauh, Christopher declares himself as a vinyl junkie with an experience in doing over 20 years that uses his label platform for his own projects and productions from close friends, completed by remixes - so far from Markus Suckut, Henning Baer and more.
With an appearance on Alan Fitzpatricks fabric mix (Speak Out; released on rauh), a podcast series called rauh_x and partys and label nights in Hannover, Session Restore is a key figure in the scene in and around the city.
And just because of this huge quality it was a no brainer to invite him so my beloved podcast series.

Electric Indigo, DJ, composer, musician, has performed in 45 countries across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. She represents an intelligent and distinguished interpretation of techno and electronic music and founded the transnational female:pressure network.

 Her DJ-sets are characterized by a wide variety with a clarity of vision and a depth that comes from a deep understanding of the music and the art of DJing. As a composer and musician, she creates music for concert spaces and clubs, and occasionally for stage plays and short films. In her compositions and live performances, she emphasises the spatial placement and precise structures of subtly elaborated sounds, often generated with granular synthesis. 

The Republic of Austria awarded Electric Indigo the Kunstpreis Musik 2020.
