I think your silence based transitions are really effective.

What would happen if you would lick the tortoise ?  Would your music become even more psychedelic ? :D  Anyway...cool track !  I like how you combine some very recognizable elements with your trackmark big washy pads, ending up very trippy indeed, but in a quite accessible way.  I quite enjoyed this one. Good mix too, stands up nicely to sustained listening.

I like the harmony / chord progressin here ... but I think it needs a "stronger" / "better" lead instriment.

The structure is magnificent, the panorama is amazing, the sounds is wonderful, the tortoise is apparently dry.

I licked the tortoise before listening and now I can't see anything because of all the bats.

I like the epic intent but the mushiness is preventing it from really soaring.  I would also love to hear a high melody during the big sections.  And speaking of sections, I really like how it's sectioned out.

One Synth Challenge #187: ExtraBold by Nakst

As a so-called bedroom producer, I actually thought for a while about whether I should take part in the contest. The songs I've heard so far all sound very good. And the doubts grew after a few sound problems. I gave it a try anyway. Please feel free to contact me about what I can do better!

KvR OSC#182 - Charlatan 3  - 13 Charlatans

Resulting from a collaboration with Taron (Taronium) this is a colorful quiet track inspired by the feeling of a bath in the woods.
We created this track for the April-24-OSC using the DAW MuLab9 and 22 instances of the great synth Charlatan-3 (three instances for Taron's almost inaudible birds!) plus a couple of Wider, Auburn Sounds Panagement, Valhalla Supermassive, Abstract Chamber.

This month's effort is using ExtraBold by nakst and as usual, the title bears no connection to the content. Good advice though: don't lick the tortoise. Anyhoo, with ExtraBold being Clap only, my DAW of choice this month is Bitwig Studio and here we are with 23 instances of ExtraBold. In passing I note that it barley tickles the CPU meter...
