HEARec is glad to present HEAR0047 - ‘Crisálida’, a an hypnotical journey proposed by @Persona_RS featuring two collaborations with @MijoMijo and @Reelative and a remix by @ohMussi.

Persona RS is the solo project of Chilean producer Roman Sebastian, prolific musician he is a memberof MKRNI, Roman & Castro and Follakzoid. His work has been released on labels such as Get Physical, Sacred Bones, Multi Culti & Roam Recordings. 

During his active career he has collaborated with renowned musicians - Jorge Gonzales, Nomi Ruiz andJaviera Mena - and has also been part of productions for Dave Gahan, Jim Jarmush and Fábula productions, among others.
Roman has performed in important stages around the globe, including Boiler Room, Elsewhere, DesertDaze, Dekmantel, Corona Capital, Bahidorá, Future Terror Tokyo and Lollapalooza CL multiple times.

‘Crisálida’ is composed by 4 original titles, two of them featuring Mijo and Reelative, and a high energy remix by Amanda Mussi.

Kalkutun is an energetic song, cadenced kick, grooving percussions and lurking acid-like melodies create the adequate atmosphere. The  hearer is then released in the break, trying to decipher the vocals and resting before it hits back.
With the drop and the rest of the song leave no doubt that Kalkutun is a banger to get you sweaty, very sweaty…. all the elements and the vocals now blend in a masterful way, leaving as a result a heavy slice of techno.

Brain Dancing springs from a creative collaboration between Glasgow DJ alumni Rob Etherson, one half of techno outfit Mia Dora and a renowned mix engineer, alongside Ross Anderson co-founder of Sub Club residency I AM (now in its 8th year), graphic artist and creative programming director of The Berkeley Suite.  Brain Dancing operates as a monthly party, a studio project and a curated visual aesthetic. 

With both members having their own releases on Optimo Trax, their relationship with the Glasgow home scene is evolving and growing - Etherson with Mia Dora’s Un.Sub EP  in 2014, and Anderson on the Glasgow. London. New York. Edinburgh EP in 2015 (under his I AM DJ moniker Beta).

Channeling their dancefloor influences, from past masters of the rave and beyond, and fusing those with 21st century production techniques Brain Dancing present their 2nd EP on OMDD following a successful debut on BNR Trax.
