Bleu De Mer is the captivating musical persona of Montreal-based artist Dan Foley. With roots dating back to the mid-80s electronic music scene, Foley has been an enigmatic force in the Montreal underground community. Throughout the years, he has explored various genres, leaving a distinctive mark in each endeavor. From his early days in the industrial music project QRN to his curious Dan Foley Fredonne Noel project that featured haunting hums of Christmas songs, Foley has continually pushed boundaries and challenged artistic norms.
