@sovrynuk finally returns to Korsakov Music and what a way to do it. This fresh 2 tracker shows the constant growth of Charles Broom who is making some serious international waves with his unique cutting edge productions.

Valhalla is what we'd imagine Vikings would sound like if they came from Belgium and had Ableton at their disposal: violent, screechy, banging and awesome. The flipside Obelisk is the perfect B-Side to this: straightforward, bouncy, catchy and gross.

Sovryn isn't done with y'all by any means and that's a worrysome prospect considering these two hooters are just the beginning for the Bristol based producer in 2022.

After three awesome years on Korsakov Music, it's time for Sovryn to get his remix on!

One of dnb's hottest names right now, Enta, gets the ball rolling with the reece bass extravaganza that is his 'Static Vision' remix, blessed with the unmistakable pipes of Gid Sedgwick, which packs more punch than prime Mike Tyson.

Next up is ABLE, who shows he is indeed very able at remixing by spinning the liquid beauty 'Somebody New' featuring Ruth Royall into a murky UK style roller.

'Weekend' is the third Sovryn track to get the remix treatment, this one by none other than rising star Invert Era, turning the already filthy track into a bassweighty primetime weapon.

Closing off Epilogue is Sovryn himself, with his long awaited remix of Droptek's 'Flow' finally seeing the light of day, turning the happy halftime track into a funky wobbler, Sovryn style!

Buy/stream: https://fanlink.to/VPR325   Last of the three samplers but certainly not least, the third sampler brings with it not just two but three new songs from the likes of Madface, Cait C & Christina Harrison, and Feed The Fire & OHKAY to close off the Annual 2024 teasers.  One of Viper’s newest and most promising signings, Madface delivers his classic dancefloor sound by way of “Falling”. Ethereal and straight to the point, engaging vocals add to the infectious energy of the tune before dropping into one of his funkiest drops yet. Singalong synths pair with vibrant pads for a classic dancefloor drop that is sure to get any crowd moving and singing along.  The next look at Annual 2024 comes from Cait C and Christina Harrison who made their Viper debut together this time last year with “Feel”. Now, teaming up again one year later, the pair have outdone themselves with “By Your Side”. Christina Harrison’s velvet vocals exude power and charm, while Cait C builds up into a decimating dancefloor drop. Catchy and heavy in all the right places, “By Your Side” is a modern DnB ballad for the ages.  The final taste of Annual 2024 comes from Feed The Fire and OHKAY with “Forget Me”. Marking the German producer’s Viper debut and UK – based OHKAY’s follow-up to her track “Restart” with Sound In Noise & Aktive, “Forget Me” is a sultry dancefloor banger full of enticing vocals and energetic basslines for the new generation of ravers.  Wrapping up the series of Samplers before the full album drops, all the artists invovled have, unsurprisingly, impressed with their offerings, and excitement couldn’t be higher for the full release of Annual 2024, dropping early next year.

A self-described ‘messed up rhythmist’, the
dark and dense musical world and frequencies
of Impak is something which many drum & bass
fans will be familiar with. The individual wave
forms he created always get their own time to
talk. His high levels of bass modulation, as well
as his weird digital textures have drawn in a
global audience which will be waiting for this next release with a keen ear. The international DJ/producer, born out of Spain, explores his digital evolution within each one of his tracks. Technology is the key and his conceptual miscegenation is the tool in which he does this. It’s a way in which he’s explored clubs and festivals in over ten different countries, playing in as many as fifty cities around Europe. His residency in Spain’s Industrial Copera gained him international attention and after releasing on a wide range of record labels, he’s had over twenty releases on the market.
All these numbers are dizzying for an artist, even for one who’s been in the game of production since he was seventeen years old. So, it comes as little surprise that he’d come under the radar of C4C, a genre changing imprint which has been running for over two decades. Having already collaborated with one of its head honchos Optiv, he’s about to unleash his ‘Perceptions’ LP on the C4C imprint.
Featuring ten colossal tracks, from the crashing drum work of ‘Global’, right through to the tech-driven madness of ‘Unhappy End’, Impak goes for the jugular. Collaborations such as Impak and Kung’s ‘Anywhere’, Impak, Optiv and CZA’s ‘Neurons’ and Impact and The Clamps ‘Passengers’ bring a host of other mainstay names into the mix. Whilst standalone records ‘Tremor’ and ‘Mastodon’ continue the harmonic highs and slamming breakdowns which Impak has become renowned for. All-in, the ‘Perceptions’ album is a massive catalogue of work. For it to be made welcome in the home of C4C makes total sense. With their commitment to changing the musical landscape and high-arching production, the combination of C4C and Impak music was a match which they knew would send shockwaves throughout the wider scene.
