Started in 2005 as a solo project by Joe Dobise, Viral Consciousness is a sonically intense group straddling a wide variety of musical genres. Loosley defined as "Electronic/Machine Rock" Viral Consciousness (Vircon) touches on such sounds as ebm,industrial,breakcore,glitch and metal. With the addition of Rob Galgano (Neo Cyber Christ), Andrew Manalo(Solid State Syndicate) and Christopher Austin Sanzano the once solo project found itself stepping foward to an energetic, profound 100% live act. Diverse yet defined since its inception Viral Consciousness take it to the next level with there searing vocals, chaotic hybrid drums, intricate keyboard programming and relentless trashing guitars

He do not believe in politicians, they do not know and can not solve the problems of society, they are not trained for this, our problems with lack of food, the impending shortage of drinking water, problems with diseases, criminalization
at least a good part of them can be solved by a technical person, 
chemical engineer, 
architects, pharmacists, doctors, biologists, designers, to name just a few, and not on a political enviroment, they are there to keep the staus quo, 
so in every election they promise to you, more investment in health, sanitation, safety, labor equality ....this is just the “power game”, you are playing this game if you like it or not!

90% of our problems are made from the economic model and he believe we can resolve almost all of this with tecnology, but first we need grow up and we are dealing with the "intellectual, spiritual, cultural awareness of the time" and the goal of this project is to explore what makes us who we are, how we relate, what we are doing and what we should be doing if we wish to live in a peaceful, humane, sustainable and healthy global society.
