When I first started listening to EDM, I remember hearing this cowboy song on the radio. It was weird because it had some strange melody after the singing and chorus(I'd listened to Vexento prior to that so I was unfamiliar with the "beat drop"), but for some reason, it was hella catchy. So I started listening to it when I could until I eventually bought the song. 
That was 2013, and that song was the acclaimed "Wake Me Up".
Since then I'd been going on-off his music. I was addicted to "Levels" for awhile, then I got addicted to "Addicted to You". But my all-time favorites are "I Could be the One" with Nicky Romero. His music didn't make you dance. It made you feel emotion, actually feel charged, pumped.
And on April 20th, I finally bought "Hey Brother" with Dan Tyminski. But as I was exiting, I saw that coincidentally, "Avicii" was trending. Clicking on it, everything just stopped.
Just like that.
It is unfathomable, to lose such a person at such a young age, and to suicide and depression. It leaves a hole not only in the EDM community, but the world as a whole. He might've lost his battle with the forces he tried hard to stop, but his legacy is far from over.

This song is a tribute to that man. Credit goes to Youtube for the synth help, Tchami for piano stabbing, and of course, Avicii for his style.
