The Fear

After few bit sharper songs I'm here back with easy listening one. Kind of world music based on acoustic guitar, erhu and clarinet.

"Twenty" was lying for some time on my desk. Some weeks ago I made about first 1 minute and then I lost the inspiration. It was total lack of inspiration and I spent my attention with other tracks. But then suddenly, during one nice easy going summer evening, the inspiration was back and Twenty was tuned and done.

And what about name? Why 20? "Twenty" is just because it's 20th song I have made... It is kind of anniversary, isn't it?

Virreck is a self-taught guitarist whose connection to music began in his teens and never left. Though he never finished music college, that never stopped him from learning — or from feeling deeply through his instrument.

For him, music isn’t a profession or a pastime — it’s a language. Through heavy riffs and cinematic instrumentals, he builds stories without words: tales of struggle, reflection, and rebirth.

His debut release, The Album, is an unfiltered reflection of his own journey through addiction and recovery — a raw, personal story told entirely through sound. It marked the beginning of something larger: a desire to build worlds through music, to tell stories that reach beyond his own experience.

Not every piece he writes is autobiographical, but each carries his emotion — fragments of hope, struggle, and resilience translated into riffs and atmosphere. Some listeners may not hear the same story he does, and that’s the beauty of it.

For Virreck, music isn’t about perfection — it’s about connection. If someone finds even a moment of understanding or joy in what he creates, that’s enough.
