Yuzu ゆず is the alias for SF based DJ and member of the Vitamin1000 collective. Aiming to contrast the hard, fast, and in-your-face techno, he finds comfort in the deepest corners of psychedelic and hypnotic rhythms. He pulls influence from his Japanese background and often layers sounds from key figures including Wata Igarashi, DJ Nobu, and DJ MARIA.

"It’s 5am. You’re in the warehouse. You can only make out the silhouettes of the people dancing next to you but you’re locked in. That’s the feeling I want to embody with this mix. Groovy, psychedelic, and hypnotic. Long blends and layering to balance tension and release, the slow burn. Just let go and enjoy the journey :)"
