Last November 'Bonus Point (7+1)' was released. A single hit produced by the chief u z z v as part of the 8th-anniversary celebrations alongside seven amazing remixes (part I) from Alex Arnout, Jamahr, Jizz, Juliche Hernandez, Lolu Menayed, Nicola Brusegan and Ray Okpara. For the second part another 3 great artists re-work on the single. Andre Salmon is the first name who remixed. The artist from Guayaquil (Ecu) is already releasing in labels such as Hot Creations and managing his own Arritmia label alongside the legend Kevin Saunderson. Italian master Cristian Viviano, polyhedric and inspired artist as he defined himself, made a perfect dancefloor-banger that 'makes you dance' as the extra added vocal says. Pornbugs music has become known for its ability to connect people with their hearts and a deeper place in their souls. Their passion lies with pushing musical boundaries and constantly evolving their sound, as you can feel on this Frankfurt based Duo remix, a really deep trippy track.

This young, up-and-coming producer is one of the VIVa family’s favourite artists coming out of the Italian scene, releasing music with Lapsus, Octopus, Materialism and recently an incredible EP for Get Physical Music. 

With tracks signed on VIVa MUSiC and VIVa MUSiC Limited already under his belt, Adapter has delivered 3 original pieces for iVAV Recordings that are locked and loaded with huge drums, pounding bass and an undeniable groove - from the hypnotic synth of the title track “Aurora” and captivating vocal sample of “Paranoid”, to the rolling snares and frantic percussion of “Binary 85”. 

Remixes come from Rework (Visionquest, Items & Things) and Marc Molina (080 Records). 

Rework’s slick new take on Aurora retains the spacey synth lead but mixes in a smooth bassline and tight pad work to create a fantastic, atmospheric remix. Marc Molina submitted 2 versions of his Paranoid remix and we couldn’t turn down either of them - the “Warehouse Remix” features echoing drums and sweeping FX that, combined with the original vocal sample, create vibes suited for huge floors. The “Underground Remix” is a more subtle affair but not for lack of punch; the track’s foundation is in it’s driving, pulsing low-end, with arpeggiated stabs cutting seamlessly through the bass weight.

Built on punchy kicks and a pulsating bass line, the track is peppered with chopper effects, stand out vocals and rising synths that combine to cause maximum dance floor destruction. Federico Molinari provides an intelligent remix which instantly pulls the listener in with it's hurdling bass line and FX. Having previously handled the now-classic and traditional vinyl label Harlem Records, Lawler decided VIVa was to be a forward thinking outlet for quality music and boldly announced that VIVa was to be digital only. As well as a clear mission to look towards the future of the music industry, this was a step to ensure that music could be released quickly and retain the freshness that the labels A&R was struck by. Far from the template set out by many of Lawler's contemporaries, VIVa quickly established itself as a label where artists could be themselves and write music that isn't defined by just A&R, but by one simple guideline: Quality. This has meant the label has gone on to release music from a wide range artists, from major players like Lawler and Audiofly through to burgeoning talent like Livio & Roby and Nicole Moudaber.
