Making his debut this month on Leftwing : Kody's Lost Records is UK based DJ and producer, Nachtmusik, with his brand new 'Da Frequency' EP. Under the moniker Nachtmusik which originates from his early passion for classical music, George Southern is making a name for himself in the Dance world, crafting his hard-hitting sound and causing damage on the dancefloors. Having played and supported the industry's biggest and most influential artists including Derrick May, Octave One, Skream, Solardo and Max Chapman, 2020 is set to bring Nachtmusik to the forefront of the UK electronic scene. New EP 'Da Frequency' is jam packed with crisp percussion, high-energy drum grooves, infectious basslines, disorientating vocals and a grooving low-end that will have you up and on your feet instantly.

Fuse resident and Seven Dials boss, Seb Zito, delivers a phenomenal, rave-inspired, raw-as-hell two-track EP on Nic Fanciulli's revered Saved Records imprint. Ever since Seb Zito first discovered electronic music in 1994, he has continued to evolve through the many elements of the underground scene. His labels Seven Dials & F&Z gain huge support from the House & Techno scene, as have his own releases and remixes on labels such as Hot Creations, Play It Say It, Edible, Four Thirty Two, ORIGINS & Kaos Theory. A firm favourite at Fuse, Seb has performed at some of the worlds most renowned clubs and gained a residency at Amnesia Ibiza with Fuse & Hyte. Seb has made a name for himself with a powerful House and Techno sound: raw and uncompromising, it's something that has characterised his music throughout his career, and is very much evident in this latest EP for Nic Fanciulli's Saved Records. Don't Leave is a chunky, pummelling, timeless House cut that throbs with a boundless energy. Incorporating elements from the glory days of rave, including seething basslines, chopped vocals and relentless, pounding drums, it is an absolute beast of a track. Don't Stop is more restrained but no less effective, with winding synths and prominent claps eventually giving way to clattering, metallic stabs in the break.

Matthieu makes tracks for the real dancers and ass shakers, creating a wide range of edits and unofficial unreleased remixes of the songs you didnt know you needed a dance mix of. Usually mixing some explicit lyrics with a heavy driving groove and tight drums to cure all the party professionals’ problems. Driven by the desire of being the hardest worker in any room, at any given time, learning self expression & healing through creating and writing music, and just the overwhelming urge to party and make memories with great people, friends & family.

Started in October 2006 by Steve Lawler, VIVa Music began life as a conduit for the internationally renowned DJ and Producer to release the wealth of underground music he encountered on his travels. Now, just a few years later VIVa is a self-contained hotbed for new talent which draws attention from DJs, punters and producers alike. Having previously handled the now-classic and traditional vinyl label Harlem Records, Lawler decided VIVa was to be a forward thinking outlet for quality music and boldly announced that VIVa was to be digital only. As well as a clear mission to look towards the future of the music industry, this was a step to ensure that music could be released quickly and retain the freshness that the labels A&R was struck by. Far from the template set out by many of Lawler's contemporaries, VIVa quickly established itself as a label where artists could be themselves and write music that isn't defined by just A&R, but by one simple guideline: Quality. This has meant the label has gone on to release music from a wide range artists, from major players like Lawler and Audiofly through to burgeoning talent like Livio & Roby and Nicole Moudaber. In keeping with an ever evolving outlook, 2009 will see VIVa further transformed. Worldwide tour nights, Festival Arena, International Residency's and a new UK based residency at the legendary Ministry of Sound in London are just the tip of the iceberg. Always ones to buck trends, the VIVa family are pressing vinyl again alongside it's digital output as well as expanding its roster of relatively unknown talent rather than rely on the tried and tested. At the forefront of this exclusive roster of talent are the likes of Vrajitoroo, David Pher, Dragosh, Adroid Cartel, Jimmy Hill, Alex Tepper, TRNNSTR, Darius Syrossian & NYRA, Erphun and Sean Miller but VIVa will continue to work with what it considers extended family for both releases as well as remixes; which means the likes of Jamie Jones, Audiofly, Simon Baker, Tiefschwarz, Bearweasel, David Durango and many, many more.
