In this episode, I pay tribute to my late grandmother, Romelia Rafaela, who introduced me to music during my childhood --¡GRACIAS por tanto, abu, sin ti, nada!

For this episode, I also decided to embrace everything I am and curate a soundscape for Cuba —la Cuba que llevo dentro. And by doing that, I also made peace with very important and painful pieces of my past on the Island.

The process wasn’t an easy one, but it was definitely a beautiful and spiritual one —since I also made a conscious decision to be very honest with the sound I want to share with the world from now on…

May this show be the beginning of what seems to be a new chapter for me; one in which I embrace everything I am (the “good” and the not “so good…”) sin miedo, o con miedo, pero con valentía, siempre…

Whether DJing, crafting beats, curating music compilations, or helping friends bring their albums to life, she focuses on creating evocative musical experiences that inspire collective radical joy and, when needed, healing.
