Line up (and wait) is an air traffic control (ATC) procedure designed to position an aircraft onto the runway for an imminent departure.
You could get the allegoric meaning of this song to any of the 2 directions, optimistic and motivational or the one that leads to the take off and then to the... light, heh!
Well i finished the composing of this track and named it after a funeral to be honest, when a cousin of mine who is a pilot said: "heh, we are all in the same position... Line up and wait!".  But i hope it sounds optimistic, after all!
Musically, my influences where my early age electronic music of the 80s, with some shoegaze guitar spice and synths.
