John Rickman III  aka.  Exzile of Damage Control ATL - has been living and breathing music since the early 90's. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, his unique style of mixing all types of Breakbeats, including Dark Florida Breaks, Miami Hard-Hitting  Electro Bass, E-Hop or Booty Breaks, even BreakStep (today's newest flavor of Breaks with Dubstep influence), has gained him a dedicated following not only in the Atlanta Scene and throughout the Southeast and across the USA. He consistently tears up the dance floor with his technical style of mixing, beat juggling, and amazing track selection. Some say he is the darkest, dopest Breaks DJ on the scene. He is one DJ you do not want to miss!

In 2007, he entered a nationwide DJ contest to compete for sponsorship of Toyota’s Scion brand. DJ Exzile scorched the competition, elevating his fiery breaks mix all the way to 10th place out 238 entries in the nation. He held tenure at several prestigious venues, and was awarded exclusive residency at Jillian’s (aka Dave & Buster’s), Purple Rain, and Area 51 Teen Club. His promo mixes are featured on internet radio stations such as Nasty Scratch Records - www.NastyScratchRecords.com –and Megatron Electro Records - www.facebook.com/MegatronElectroRecords, as well as college radio stations including WUTK (The Urban Jungle) broadcasting from Knoxville, TN on 90.3 FM.  Exzile also spins live on GA Tech’s WREK 91.1 FM (EDM Sound System) and University of Georgia’s WUOG 90.5 FM. He has continued to decimate dance floors live in Knoxville, Nashville, Birmingham, Tampa, Orlando, Hayesville, Greenville, and Asheville, and even Albuquerque, NM. 

He has played with and gained respect from the following DJs and artists of all genres - Sikora, Sharaz, Skrillex, Rick West, Dave London, Jackal & Hyde, Dynamix II, Dave Berg & Farace, Beatz from Sneaker In The Dryer, Darth & Vader, Marty Party, DJ Frenzy, Gustolabs, DJ Fixx, Sporty-O, LO IQ, J-Luv, J Break, Factor E, Viro & Rob Analyze, Aphrodite, Franco D of Freak Force Crew, DJ Magic Mike, Donald Glaude, DJ Kizzy Rock, DJ 4 Play, Kilo DJ mentor and best friend - Bass Juggernaut – the one and only DJ B-Naut.

As co-owner of Underground Syndicate, LLC, Exzile is a well-known and respected promoter and lead talent scout. In collaboration with other regional major entertainment initiatives... Exzile has made a name for himself synonymous with a solid reputation for both his dedicated professionalism and his extraordinary performances like no other.

Exzile is currently busy perfecting his skills with Ableton Live, Logic , Cubase, Acid Pro, Fruity Loops, Reason, Audacity, and Serato Scratch Live. The next step is producing banging B-Boy beats with his original Exzile flavor.

VLTRN is a collaborative duo born and bred in Perth’s thriving drum & bass scene. Known for their explosive DJ sets, ‘Riot Mix’ series and international releases, the pair are certainly one to watch.

With both members being established and respected DJs in their own right, having supported almost every international artist to tour Australia over the years, the early days of their joint project rewarded them with back-to-back Perth Dance Music Awards for Best Drum & Bass DJ.

Sharing the same influences and musical direction, it was only natural that these long-time friends turn their attention to production. With their first release on Hypnosis Recordings hitting the Beatport Top 10, the duo knew they were onto something. They followed up with a progression of their sound, releasing ‘Dirt Signal / The Ride’ on the legendary Formation Records UK.

With forthcoming fruits of their labour including debut releases on renowned labels Close2Death Recordings 'Insane / Introvert’ and Good Karma Music 'MF’, there's no doubt the VLTRN machine has an exciting future.
