I am very proud to present you Tronic's 500th release. When I started the label close to 30 years ago, I never thought that it would reach such a milestone. There have been many highs and lows, but what kept us going was the true passion for honest house and techno and always trying to push forward! This release features three of my tracks as well as a remix from techno OG Joey Beltram. Kicking off with the lead track "The Spiral," welcomes you into a captivating world of shadowy depths, where ethereal sounds beautifully interconnect with soft, atmospheric vocals. It’s an extended journey that invites you to truly lose yourself on the dance floor! Then we transition to "Tactile," a lush and alluring track that’s just perfect for those peak moments, featuring deep, resonant bass that brings a charming wave of nostalgia. Next up is "Voices In My Head," where a delightful playfulness between sound and intention creates an intriguing atmosphere. It’s raw yet intriguingly clever! We wrap things up with the dynamic track "June," where hypnotic rhythms collide with an exhilarating surge of intense techno, amplifying the pulse of the music. 

From VNTM: “The EP embodies my vision perfectly, a blend between functional and groove driven music combined with melancholic and atmospheric anthem tracks. “The Spiral” has been an absolute highlight in every set and I’m super happy it’s the title track of this new work. In the other 3 tracks I’m discovering and experimenting on the darker sides to my music and the goal is for the listener to try them at different tempos, to see how the grooves and textures behave.”

VNTM is an Amsterdam based live act and musician that has been playing his take on techno at numerous big festivals around the globe, appearing with his machines and only playing out his own material.

The sound of VNTM is a blend between modern day techno and contemporary progressive melodies. By the use of haunting chords, mysterious strings and dark basses VNTM tries to take the listeners on a journey through his mind and aims to visualize a unique storyline during every performance. Dark, yet uplifting, mysterious and elusive are all terms that come to mind when exploring the sound of the young dutchman.
