It’s the digital Lotus. Doomscrolling, VR, AI friends - it's all just high-tech dopamine manipulation. I say this as a techie who used to love the innovation, but I’ve seen enough to be terrified. I’m drawing a hard line for my child: if it’s this hard for an adult to regulate their usage, a child doesn't stand a chance.
