She also seeks to reinvent the club scene to promote listening and dancing through connection and somatic awareness rather than an unconscious escape. You'll hear plenty of resonating hypnotic tracks sharing a similar sonic palette. That allows her to traverse genres and rhythmic patterns with care and artful touch. It's an hour of precise and patient mixing where she’s not afraid to bare the darkest corners of contemporary techno.

Some words about IO Rec:
The audiovisual label and artist collective, based in Munich, Germany is known for releases based in the deep techno and ambient genre. Through catchy sound design, complex rhythms, psychedelic audiovisual live performances and visual art, the label creates a manifold, genre independent experience.

The label's artists are combining the love for nature with impressions of the digital world, with which they draw a multi-facetted picture of the current spirit of the age. This results in a synaesthetic as well as genre combining experience with driving and deep beats to take you on a trip into the unknown.

To remain faithful to nature, the label produces all of its products ecologically and in line with nature.

Furthermore they are curating a platform for visual artists around the world, who are creating series of visual artworks in a bimonthly release pattern. Additionally they host a podcast series, featuring producers and DJs in the deep techno, ambient and experimental genre.

Latmos is a Finnish Techno producer, DJ and live artist, known from his handcrafted and hypnotic tracks. All of his music is made live with hardware only. He first frew attention in the Techno community with his strong debut 12” Pool of Intuition EP, released on Samuli Kemppi’s and Frederik Hatsav’s label Blacklabel Distillery. Morpha, real name - Alexander, was born in the south of Russia, currently based in St. Petersburg. He was signed to labels such as Secuencia Temporales, Profundo Collective, KVLTO Records. He is one of the founders of the young community "Ephemeral". A community focused on promoting deep, techno sound in Russia and beyond.

His sets are eclectic and profound experiences, his attention to details and subtle sound design are the signature of his work.

Frozen states and gentle frequencies are to be expected from this spiritual journey.

While winter announces its arrival through tangibly thick fog and cold blowing breezes, it is time for the next episode of our Circulating Waves series. And what could fit this season-changing vibes better than a flawless mix by Marcella. 

The Ingolstadt-based is a well-known face of the city's nightlife, where she's holding a residency at the local club institution Suxul for more than seven years now. Together with her partner in crime Drew, the talented twenty-something also hosted the event series 'Artefakt' welcoming guests like Answer Code Request, Antigone, Kobosil or Etapp Kyle. Since 2017 she was also part of the MMA (MixedMunichArts) artist family in Munich, where she played alongside numerous Techno heavyweights like Radio Slave, Helena Hauff or Randomer. After the MMA had to close in 2019, she was regularly moving the dancefloor at Blitz Club in Munich.

Marcella perfectly combines fast moving forward Techno with deep, melancholic soundscapes to a ground shaking and mind twisting mix.
Its backbone is a perfectly crafted build-up, starting from the very depths of the vortex, where only particles are floating, to explore deeper, billowing grounds underlaid with mystical atmospheres to finally release some proper hypnotic bombs.

At the heart of this sub-universe is a clandestine gathering known as the Assembly of Frequencies. Despite his preference for techno, he remains open to exploring different areas of electronic music, provided that this experimentation occurs in a style that has not been over-exploited.
