When Life Throws You Rocks

Many of us have experienced the pain of being thrown rocks at—being criticized, discouraged, all the negative things that people, and sometimes, let’s be honest, even we do to ourselves, but, as a Zen monk, Haemin Sunim, said, “Having critics means what you’re doing is getting people’s attention. Have courage and continue down the path you’re on.”

So go on, move, learn, and grow. Don’t let your dream be something you can only wish upon a star. Use all those rocks as stepping stones to bring you closer to your goal.
