FEX (IT)'s Fall In Love is the brand new tune that kick off the Neighborhood Music label based from Berlin. 

Fall In Love is a beautifully house tune. The vocal wells the heart and the warm drums are full of funk and colour. It's the sort of cut to take any party to the next level. 

This is a great start to life of this new label.

The Glitz are ready to start their journey towards the big “AXEN” album release in April, and they are starting it with a proper statement track. The first single “Dicktator” is a shot fired against the ambiguity of wealth, power and morality that seems to run through our societies. Western countries getting rich through selling weapons to war torn areas, then working against helping refugees who seek shelter. Politicians lying through their teeth in their hunt for more power. And it is just accepted. The irony of it all is poetically worded by the beautiful and fierce vocals of Fanny Winter, while Andreas and Daniel have created a monster of a song. A frenzy of groove, percussions and synths blend in the style of rough electronica. Like something you have never heard before, the track pushes forward, powerful and full of attitude. 

While the original is a masterpiece, the guys have also put their heads together to give us a version suited for the clubs. “Dicktator (Club Mix)” is as groovy as they come. Think beach house inspired but with a heavy hitting bassline, quirked synth elements and of course, the occasional vocal elements from the original. A bass heavy groove ride with smooth percussions perfectly suited for both those dark nights in the club as well as dusty afternoons on a festival dance floor. We are excited to see where this journey towards the new The Glitz album will take us. One thing is certain though, the first release hits the ground running and we know we are in for a treat!

Nick Curly offers up the two-track 'Come Right Back' EP via his and Marc Scholl's Cécille Records at the end of March. Mannheim, Germany's Nick Curly has been at the forefront of the underground House scene for two decades now, initially making his mark with his and Gorge's 8bit imprint which is notably known for shaping the distinctive sound of Mannheim's House Music output. Curly has since gone on to release on the likes of Knee Deep In Sound, Truesoul, Defected, Cocoon and of course Cécille where he makes a welcome return here with this new material. Title cut 'Come Right Back' leads and sees Nick lay down his signature swinging drum groove intertwined with a filtered disco loop, bumpy bass line and choppy stab sequences to create a dance floor focused six and a half minute workout. 'Arkum' then shifts into deeper and darked realms, merging organic percussion and gritty bass stabs with tension building strings and spoken word vocals chops to once again create a loop driven, subtly unfurling peak time tool.

Dnl Mike’s reimagining of Kinky Sound’s “Express” is a masterclass in restraint, groove, and subtle storytelling. This kind of storytelling shows a producer deeply attuned to the nuances of dance floor dynamics, where the journey itself is the destination.

Emotionally, the remix evokes a sense of introspection and weightless travel. It’s not a track that demands attention with force; instead, it seduces the listener into surrender, inviting them to lose themselves in its carefully sculpted layers. On the dance floor, it feels equally suited for a sunrise moment at a festival as it does for an intimate club setting where deep heads gather for something more than just rhythm.

With “Express,” Dnl Mike doesn’t just remix—he reframes. He transforms the original into a deeper, more atmospheric exploration, one that aligns perfectly with Magician On Duty’s reputation for cinematic, emotional storytelling in electronic music. It’s the kind of track that DJs will reach for when they want to elevate a set into something timeless and transporting.
