Less is More is a minimalist meditation in sound, a track that embraces restraint to reveal depth. Inspired by the philosophy that simplicity can be powerful, it unfolds through subtle textures, hypnotic repetition, and carefully placed silence.
Built on warm, immersive synth layers and stripped-down rhythmic elements, the track creates space for introspection. The harmonic structure leans into minor tonalities, evoking a quiet tension that never fully resolves, inviting the listener to linger in the moment.
Every sound is intentional. Every pause, meaningful. Best experienced in solitude, with headphones.

PREMIERE: Kosh - Back On Track

I recorded these, using only the Roland T8 drum machine, outside as it got dark.
The first one I did at the beach in Crete (130 bpm) and the second one, a week later, in a park in Vienna (120bpm).
These spontaneous sessions are so much fun, specially at such beautiful places.

Afterwork is pleased to announce the release of our third EP, Neutral, available on September 15, 2025.

This release comes from Sebastián, known artistically as Nøctem, a Colombian DJ and producer based in Barcelona. With a deeply personal approach and refined production, Neutral is a testament to the artist's talent and sonic evolution.

Across six tracks, Nøctem guides us on an immersive journey where hypnotic techno and dynamic grooves converge with soundscapes that evoke both euphoria and nostalgia. Each track is designed to progressively release energy, creating a sonic narrative that captivates from the first moment.
