Soulo crafts hypnotic journeys of groove and soul, blending Progressive, Afro and Melodic House into his signature sound Groove Tech. Inspired by retro, funk, disco & house culture and refined in the underground spectrum, his sets move both body and soul. He hails from tropical Unawatuna, situated in Galle, Sri Lanka. 

Style:
Soulo creates music that blends groove, soul and energy into one hypnotic flow. Inspired by his father’s records collection, he listened to the sounds of Queen, Abba, Madonna, Boney M, Michael Jackson, and Elton John. He grew up loving funk, house, and with timeless rhythms before carving his own path in electronic music.

Since 2020, he has been shaping a unique sound called Groove Tech, which fuses Progressive House, Afro House, Techno, and Melodic grooves. His sets are soulful, high-energy journeys that move both body and vibration, earning him a reputation as one of Sri Lanka’s most versatile underground artists.

George  Dahrouge, also known as DJ Volt, did not have a normal upbringing for an artist. Born in Zahle, Lebanon, George was raised by a widowed mother who raised him with nothing but love and perseverance. He’s been on the decks since his childhood and started producing tracks at 14 years old. Recently VOLT has been remixing and editing tracks that were supported by the world very known DJs such as BLONDI$SH, ARODES, Black Coffee, Monolink... This man headlines the night with an electric repertoire of deep, melodic and uplifting tribal sounds that can electrify your mind with his contagious energy. His music sits somewhere between Afro/Latin, Progressive House and Indie Dance, incorporating elements from a huge range of genres including Latin and traditional African music to create an engrossing and highly unique style. Lately Volt has an immersive taste in fine Japanese/Peru restaurants vibes that allow to take you on a multi-sensory journey from the moment you walk in.
