Attention all drum n bass lovers!!!! Doctors have issued a major health warning around a dangerous new substance infiltrating global dance floors that carries a deadly disease within it. The substance is incredibly addictive and the disease within it potentially lethal as well as extremely contagious. Symptoms include the inability to control the movements of your limbs when music is played, severe cases of head banging, random out breaks of humming and severe cases of 'bass face' that can lead to 3rd degree gurns. This musical disease has been dubbed InvaderbeatZ and all experts believe the supplier of the drug causing this mayhem is none other than Shiftin Beatz! 

InvaderbeatZ makes his debut to the Shiftin Beatz camp with an infectious A side in the way of 'Cocaine'.  The title track is as addictive in its groove as the drug it gets its name sake from. This beat hasn't been cut with anything to bulk it up and is so pure it would even have Tony Montana calling his own mother a 'filthy cock-a-roach' in approval of the sonics on display. A chopped and screwed southern vocal from a certain 'boss' mashes perfectly with a hip hop style intro before the drop hits and a pumping bass-line hooks the listener more than any line of yayo ever could. The Miami style synth before the break rounds the track out nicely and showcases why UK based InvaderbeatZ is one to watch globally. 

The B side to the release treads similar territory initially- 'We alright' starts with a mellow funky hip hop inspired build up on the intro. Just as you could be fooled into thinking this is the latest rap export from Atlanta, a quivering bass note penetrates before the drop  hits. From then on it's all about the funky guitar riff hiding within the background and stepping drum beats that twist and turn alongside the changing key of the strings. This all contrasts with a horrible synth and echoed vocal sample that make you realise when it comes to keeping energy up on the dance floor, with this track most ravers will concur that 'We alright'!
