“Taxi Violence have never been a band to play things by the book. In their formative days they won a national ‘battle of the bands’ contest – and promptly politely refused the prize of a record company contract because it didn't offer them creative and financial control. Also, while their local peers dressed in skinny jeans and electro-neon and sought to emulate the burgeoning ‘indie’ sound, the band followed their guitar-slinging muse by delving into the original life-blood of rock 'n roll's harder edges.” – Evan Milton

Taxi Violence have travelled a long and independent road to proving themselves as one of the best live acts in South Africa. Their sound can be described as blues-infused, retro rock with a pinch of sleaze and bourbon.

Since their inception, Taxi Violence have gone on to rock every significant venue and headline every major festival in South Africa, as well as taking their unique brand of rock and quality live shows abroad.

Born in London, UK, and later spending seven of her formative years in St. Lucia, Alex Cambridge is a singer-songwriter shaped by the vulnerability of the Folk and Country music of her youth. Her music is rooted in honest storytelling and enriched by a unique fusion of alternative, indie and pop, creating a sound that feels distinctly her own.

Blending lyrical depth with unfiltered truths, Alex draws listeners into her self-proclaimed "strange world," where life's raw moments are observed, felt, and transformed into stories that resonate as if listeners themselves have lived through every detail.

With a series of singles leading to her debut EP in 2025, Alex crafts songs that invite introspection while exploring healing, resilience and interpersonal relationships, capturing the complexities of the human experience.

Buffalo Billys,  a Neo Swing Orchestra was established in 2001 by Anselmo Blotta (Guitarrist and Singer)
Buffalo Billys´ is the only neo swing orchestra of South America.
In 2008, this eleven piece big band recorded its first album called ¨Swinging Baires¨ with the sponsorship of Warner Chappell Argentina. We have also recorded TV show´s music stings with the support of Universal Music Publishing.
In 2003, the record company Wolverine Records from Germany, edited our version of Los Violadores "Uno, Dos Ultra Violento" whitin the "Swing a Billy Chartbusters".

The Strypes are 4-piece rhythm and blues band hailing from Cavan, Ireland, formed in 2011 by Ross Farrelly (lead vocals/harmonica), Josh McClorey (lead guitar/vocals), Pete O'Hanlon (bass guitar/harmonica) and Evan Walsh (drums).

The group has spent the past 18 months launching their explosive R&B assault on the clubs and festivals of Ireland, the UK and Europe, viciously hammering out a no-nonsense blues repertoire drawing from the songbooks of Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley, Howlin' Wolf, Little Walter, Slim Harpo and more with the passion and venom of British blues groups such as Dr. Feelgood, The Yardbirds, The Rolling Stones and The Animals. 

Having already been met with critical acclaim from greats such as Jeff Beck and Paul Weller and been tipped by NME as the No. 1 new band to watch, it seems things can only get better for The Strypes.
