Dash Berlin is a music project founded and created by award-winning music producer and songwriter Sebastiaan Molijn in 2006. Contrary to popular belief, it was Molijn who named his project ‘Dash Berlin’. Together with his long time youth friend and co-producer Eelke Kalberg, Seb was the driving creative force behind the performing (now ex) frontman. On the forefront of the electronic music scene, Louie Cut blends old school influences with original and futuristic sound design and composition, drenching it in funk.

Nominated for track of the year in 2011 and 2012 at the Beatport Music Awards. Peaked 4th place at the Billboard Electronic/Dance chart. The only artist to have had a record 14+ tracks in the Beatport Minimal chart at the same time. Louie is snatching the world’s attention and turning some of the biggest international dance floors upside down with his unique take on minimal techno and house.

2011 was a milestone year in Louie’s career, with several singles hitting number 1 in the Beatport Minimal Charts and the birth year of his label Strict Recordings, the home to his many hits, including “Drop That” that has clocked over 1.25 million plays on Soundcloud.

Strict hostes his three full length albums, collaborations with Alex Stein (“Let Go”), Avrosse (too many to name) and more, as well as acting as his avenue to globally expose up and coming or established talents from around the world; focusing on unique, dark and funky minimal techno.

In 2018 he started is new imprint “Rare Youth”. A platform on which Louie’s creativity flourishes. The collective works with House Music x Underground Events x Clothing Design.

Currently touring around the world, Louie is constantly featuring at festivals and revered clubs in countries including Brazil, Germany, Mexico, Spain, Finland, UK, Portugal, United States, France, Australia, South Korea, Hungary, Ireland, Switzerland and more.

Helena Sá is a Brazilian singer, composer, performer and journalist. Born in São Paulo, she started becoming involved in music early in her life. From the age of 5, she studied at the renowned Centro Livre de Aprendizagem Musical (CLAM), a school run and directed by the Zimbo Trio. It was there that she began learning to play a range of musical instruments, beginning with percussion and flute and later adding piano and guitar to her repertorie.

Already boasting broad musical talent and artistic taste, Helena, inspired by her studies in popular Brazilian singing and soul music, discovered her passion for singing. Later on, while concurrently studying Journalism at the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and working on major print media productions (Trip, Editora Abril), she started her first band. Mixing popular Brazilian music and jazz, her band became a big hit on São Paulo's famed music scene, playing at venues such as Na Mata Café.

Having completed her university degree in 2010 and seeing the undoubted potential of music in her life, Helena decided to pursue a career in music, moving abroad to study at the Tech Music School in London. In addition to her diploma in Music Performance Comercial, she also completed a Bachelor of Music (Hons), specializing in Popular Contemporary Music. During the following two years in London, in collaboration with 8 other artists, she devoted her time to the "Estrangeiros" project. Helena contributed hugely to the project; despite being the only Brazilian in the band, the band's initial setlist contained music from the likes of influential Brazilian artists Jorge Ben Jor, Seu Jorge and Sérgio Mendes. As the band gained popular acclaim, the set list began to include classic works from artists such as Stevie Wonder and Aretha Franklin.

Over the course of the four years spent in London, Helena became a complete artist, increasingly mixing Brazilian music with English music. "As a freelancer, I'm comfortable adapting to any musical situation, be it acapella, or working with big bands."
Helena is currently based in São Paulo, Brazil.
