Vortex Open Source will once again celebrate the summer solstice with an all-encompassing psychedelic experience through music, art and dance - A gathering of the Tribe from all corners of Mother Earth. For five days, step into a Vortex of transcendence with a kaleidoscope of colour.

Enjoy three music arenas, hidden in the magical forest, namely the “Circle of Life”, that will take you on musical journeys with a choice of weaving through the rhythms and melodies of the “Circle” dancefloor’s psychedelic trance, foot-grooving psy-tech and techno at the “Headspace” floor or soul-shifting, holistic and ambient mysticism at the “Heartspace”.

RastaBarbie specializes and prefers to entertain with Vintage Ska Reggae and everything else that gets people shaking ... the kind of music that keeps us all feeling uplifted, energized and happy.  Unexpectedly you will experience a very noticeable change in sound, energy and the overall mood.  That is indeed the exact effect I strive to achieve.

my aim is not to be a dj in the traditional sense of the word, I am an experienced "tune selector" ... my purpose is to delight,  surprise and rejuvenate the crowd.
