In the beginning was Hedastrike

Frond slows down time with his music. You could describe it as cinematic, as ambient or as modern composition, but like many contemporary artists working in these areas it’s music for deep listening - music to make space for. Memories and nostalgia are just as much source material as visions of the future. Using an ensemble of live instruments, field recordings and custom synths Frond effortlessly drifts from the abstract to the heartfelt and back again. 

For fans of Nils Frahm, Fennez, Grouper, Tim Hecker, Julianna Barwick, Simon Scott and Harold Budd.
