Desire is one of the rising producer and DJ to watch. She comes back with “An Ode to Our Night” that demonstrates her genuine solar energy and introduces us to her universe infused with old school sounds yet twisted with a modern touch. The 5-track EP is imbued in acid, trance, electro, synthwave and a lot more influences which convey Desire’s rich and generous approach to music.

Entre influences acid, trance prog, synth wave, electro, et beaucoup d’autres encore, les 5 tracks de cet EP distillent une musique aussi riche que généreuse.
Rares sont les artistes qui arrivent à faire passer un message à travers leur musique, et Desire est l’une d’entre elleux. We must spin the record to find a blood coming from Kingston, however it is the Pilat that will give the rhythm of these green wizards. After taking a nearly year long slumber... Divine Species Records is back and we're making up for the break (one track per month to be exact 😉)

Even though we have been pretty silent on the label since our January release of CAMERA SHY, that doesn't mean that our residents haven't been hard at work. New collaborative projects have been formed, lots of tracks have been made, and plans for 2024 are looking bright.

But to prove we haven't forgotten about you, we wanted to give you a little end of the year present in the form of an 11 track VA, all from our DVSP residents!

To make it even more special, the artwork for the VA is the final piece of the puzzle we began to put together last year.
