In this universe, the heart is no longer flesh alone. It’s wrapped in translucent bubble wrap, layer after layer, each pocket holding a memory that almost burst but didn’t. The city hums like a faulty appliance: lights buzz with recognition, walls lean inward, time compresses into jump cuts. Sleep exists only in fragments—micro-blackouts where nightmares clock in, do their shift, and leave without cleanup.

The protagonist moves through rooms that feel rented, emotions labeled fragile, breath sounding artificial, as if filtered through plastic. Fear has a schedule. Hope overstays and vanishes. Pain doesn’t heal—it trains, learning rhythm, tapping back when called by name. Even silence has a curriculum, learned in crowds, perfected near doors that never fully open.

Morning arrives like paperwork. Proof is demanded. The answer is verses—crumpled, honest, insufficient but real. There’s no hero’s arc here, no clean breakage, only bending. Survival is not loud. It creases. It breathes. It stays.

This cinematic world is padded but not safe. The armor is thin, aware, intimate. Each pop of bubble wrap is a reminder: something almost broke and didn’t. The song lives in that space—between impact and endurance—where staying intact is the quiet rebellion!
