This set from MECHANIMAL showcases a new release "Luminous Rays" on Aphid Records, some tracks from his latest album plus an exclusive preview of music he is currently working on. Mechanimal is the Psy-Trance project of Nick Sagar-House. The act was born in London’s underground scene, 2009, with promotor of Psy Invasion, Junior Olivier, through their mutual passion for heavy psychedelic music. Through the success of their music they managed to get booked at one of the worlds most exciting festivals, Universo Parallelo, which confirmed their passion of continuing to write Psy-Trance. Despite this being one of their peak moments it also marked the end of an era as Junior moved back to Brazil. With the distance the two decided to go separate ways & Junior started his solo project “Earbug”. Nick carried on writing as Mechanimal & produced a debut album “Inertia” to mark the start of a new chapter. The album hit number 1 in the charts & he’s since performed at some of the most epic events around the globe, such as O.z.o.r.a., Summer Never Ends & Boomtown Fair. Now with over 10 years making Psy-Trance & over 70 releases he's captured over a decades worth of experiences & joy from the scene and crafted it into the highly anticipated 2nd album 'Digital Nature'.

Kostas Daikos is the person behind the Greek project E-Mov.
His interest in electronic music production started during his student years which he spent mostly in the UK. With the experience he already had from many years of musical studies and as a performing guitar player in various bands, he started composing various styles from lounge to drum’n’bass, over ambient to psychedelic. In 2003 E-Mov was formed, aiming mostly in creating a blend of psychedelic and progressive music, largely influenced by ethnic and tribal elements. Guitars, male and female vocals and percussions were ingeniously incorporated. Since 2013 E-Mov joined Belgian label Dacru Records.

Dacru Records is a Belgian psytrance label. The label boosts a strong selection of artists, from major names with a 20 year career under the belt to younger promising talents. The rosters includes names like U-Recken, Talamasca, DigiCult, Spirit Architect, Tropical Bleyage, Bitkit, E-Mov, Electric Universe, Aquila, Overdrive, A-Tech, Transient Disorder and more. The aim is to release timeless music with a strong emphasis on the psychedelic and melodic.
Besides being a record label Dacru has also been making a name as event promoter with over 80 events since 2001, that’s a whole of a lot of experience that goes into organizing quality productions. The events have taken place all over Belgium, from The Netherlands to Germany and even in exotic places as Thailand and include big and small indoor events, open air festivals, bus trips, 11 day pop up clubs and more. Some of the party lines include Organic Dreams, Tribal Roots, After Sunrise and Nova’s Incident open air.

David, otherwise known as French producer Shotu, is one of the Psy scene’s free spirits, unbound by convention. Starting his journey in the French free party scene of the 90s, his path soon crossed with the Hadra family and found his music was perfectly matched. Over the years his unique style, vision and power of his sets has taken him to some of the biggest international festivals including Boom, Ozora, Universo Paralello, Oregon Eclipse and of course the Hadra festival in France. In 2018 David decided that his journey with the Hadra team had reached its conclusion and has now joined with long time friends and collaborators at Bom Shanka Music. Look forward to some epic new music coming from Shotu in the near future.
