For CZR’s mutant radio show, Cal offers an hour of mutated and blown out sounds utilising their collection of tapes; found, swapped, bought, bootlegged and gifted. Using a freeze & loop pedal along with their broken walkman to merge each cassette with homemade tape loops and field recordings, with minimal post editing to embrace the tape hiss, crackle & improvised nature of the show.
