For the past year, I have been working on this album to prove that it is possible to make professional music with just a laptop and some speakers. My only source of education on how to make music was found on YouTube. It took time for me to understand the intricacies of making music, but once I grasped the workflow it didn't take me long to start working on projects.

"Khaya" means home in Xhosa and almost all of the sound that I have heard as a child have Inspired me to make this album. This Album is a journey through the sounds of my childhood.
