PLUG & FLOW is een reeks yogalessen ingesproken door Lauren van Journey of Yoga en begeleid door op maat gemaakte muziek van artiesten op het label ’WeZienWel Records’. De focus ligt op het opbouwen van kracht en flexibiliteit, geïnspireerd door de Jivamukti yogastijl. Dankzij de podcast kan je je 100% focussen op de houdingen zodat de yogaflow een echte bewegende meditatie wordt, net alsof je live in Lauren’s les aanwezig bent. De begeleidende muziek bouwt op en af op het ritme en de intensiteit van de houdingen. Het enige wat je nodig hebt, is je yogamat en oortjes of een speaker. Daardoor kan je de les vrijwel overal, op elk moment uitvoeren en vormt het een perfecte aanvulling op het bijwonen van fysieke yogalessen wanneer die omwille van allerlei redenen even moeilijk haalbaar zijn: op reis, op tour, in de tuin, wanneer de kinderen in bed liggen, etc. De podcast richt zich op yogi’s die reeds een minimum aantal lessen van een actieve yogavorm beoefend hebben en bekend zijn met de basishoudingen en -filosofie van Jivamukti yoga.

De muziek voor deze sessie werd samengesteld door WLC_wezienwel met eigen op maat gecomponeerde muziek en tracks door Jose Noventa (When The Stars Are Aligned), Holmar (Acid Tourist) remix van Björn Salvador’s Destination en Chiel / Omar Dahl's Flute Mood & Stone Jam.

Deze opname kwam tot stand dankzij onze partners voor deze les: audio production agency Sonhouse (www.sonhouse.com) en Walker & Seagull.
